ArcherMind EX4.0 integrates the BlackBerry QNX Hypervisor running on Qualcomm S820A / SA6155P / SA8155 chipsets while supporting QNX, Alibaba AliOS, Android and Linux operating systems.

NANJING, CHINA – June 27, 2019 – ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd, a leading provider of embedded software, services and solutions today announced the availability of EX4.0, an integrated automotive cockpit software solution, powered by BlackBerry QNX Hypervisor technology and designed to deliver a highly customizable driving experience.

Available now, EX4.0 is the 4th generation cockpit solution from ArcherMind, who are expanding their presence in the integrated automotive cockpit and next generation software-defined car marketplace, including Multi-interaction, Multi-touch, HD map, Gesture recognition, Face ID, DMS, and Automatic Parking. Built with the QNX Hypervisor 2.0, the new EX4.0 isolates safety-critical functions from non-safety critical systems, thereby ensuring that a malfunction in one area does not affect safe operation of critical functions in another.

Adaptable to various OEM and Tier 1 preferences, the solution supports several operating systems, including QNX, Alibaba AliOS, Android, and Linux.
