Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Now Supported on Intel® Atom™ E6xx Series

The latest revision of the Android 2.3 reference BSP released by ArcherMind adds support of the Intel® Atom™ E6xx Series. Processors in this series offer integrated 3D graphics, video encode & decode and open PCI-Express standard for connecting FPGA, proprietary ASIC, or I/O Hub. They can also be paired with the Intel Platform Controller Hub EG20T or I/O hubs from a variety of third-party vendors to meet the specific I/O requirements of many embedded applications. Platform Description:

The Intel® Atom™ Processor E6xx Series is a high-performance, ultra low power processor with several microarchitectural enhancements over existing Intel® embedded processors.
